Can't Run Envision after Installation

Symptoms

The following error occurs when trying to start AgilePoint Envision right after the installation:

Application has generated an exception that 
    could not be handled.
Process id=0xa2c (2604), Thread id=0x890 (2192).

Cause

AgilePoint Envision may have been installed using a user account with insufficient privileges .

Resolution

To install AgilePoint Envision correctly, you will need to use the local Administrator account or the root account with the Administrator role.

If the above error occurred, please re-install AgilePoint Envision with the local Administrator account. If the problem persists, contact Ascentn support for assistance.
