Upgrading from AgilePoint Express v4.x to Express v5.0

Use the instructions in this section if you already have AgilePoint Express v4.x installed in your environment, and you want upgrade to AgilePoint Express v5.0

Perform/verify the following before applying the upgrade:

• Find the version number for your installed AgilePoint components:
  1. On the machine where your AgilePoint component is installed, in Windows navigate to Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Select the AgilePoint component for which you want the version number.
  3. Click the link, Click here for Support Information. The installed version appears on the pop-up window.
• Verify that AgilePoint v4.x is installed before applying this upgrade.
• Ensure you have your current AgilePoint Server license key.

  During the upgrade, the installer will prompt you to reactivate AgilePoint Server. Reactivate AgilePoint Server using the existing AgilePoint Server license key.
