Prerequisites

Before installing the AgilePoint system, you must comply with the following prerequisites.

New Installations Only

This section assumes that you are installing each component of the AgilePoint BPMS Suite on a computer that does not have any version of that component already installed. If you do already have any version of a component installed on the target computer, see Upgrade Guide .

Pre-Installation Complete

Before installing any of the components of the AgilePoint BPMS Suite, please ensure you have read and completed the checklist items in the AgilePoint Pre-Installation Guide, this is a requirement and will ensure a successful installation.

Local Installation Files

Make sure that the installation files are located on one of the computer's local drives. If you attempt to run the installation directly from a network, the installation may fail. If you do attempt to install when the installation file(s) are located on a network drive (or some other remote location), the setup application may fail to run with an error message similar to the following: "An exception 'System.Security.Policy.PolicyException' has occurred in Setup. "
