Check the AgilePoint Monitor Service

  1. Verify the pre-installation steps
  2. Click Start > Run, and enter services.msc.
  3. In the Services window, ensure the AgilePoint Monitor Service is started.
    • In an IIS environment, the name is AgilePoint Server Monitor.
    • In a Windows Service environment, the name is the name of the service you created in AgilePoint Server Manager.
  4. If it is not started, right-click on the AgilePoint service name, and click Start.
