Log on to SharePoint from a Process Template or AgileShape

For process templates and AgileShapes that uses data from SharePoint, the first time you access SharePoint during your AgilePoint Envision user session, you must link it to a SharePoint list:

1. On the Connect to SharePoint dialog box, select the user account you want to use to connect to SharePoint. These credentials will be saved and used each time you open the process model:
   • Logon as current user - Authenticates using the local machine's Windows user account. If you select this option, you do not need to complete the remaining fields.
   • Logon as the following user - Authenticates using the credentials you specify.
2. If you want to use Forms-Based Authentication (SharePoint 2003, 2007) or Claims-Based Authentication (SharePoint 2010), select Use Forms Based Authentication.
3. If you are not using Forms-Based Authentication, enter a domain in the Domain field.
4. Enter the Username and Password.
5. Click OK.
