Finalize the Shape

This option allows you to associate the stencil shape you just created with a custom AgilePart or AgileWork assembly.

1. Click Tools > Macro > ThisDocument > FinalizeShape. The Choose Activity Type window appears. Here are all the built in AgileShapes and custom AgileParts and AgileWorks that have been registered in AgilePoint Envision.
2. Select either AgilePart or AgileWork depending on the type of custom activity, choose the name from the list and click OK.
