AgilePoint recommends forming a committee for the process design and implementation. The members of the committee consists of 3 people:
- AgilePoint systems and applications analyst.
- Solution architect.
- Business users and/or business analysts. A business analyst often serves as the committee chair.
Any of these roles can be filled by resources can be dedicated to the project, or they can be shared or outsourced. Their commitment to the project may be full time or part time, depending on the project size.
