The Project Manager is the overall business process owner who facilitates the communication and collaboration between the Business Process Analyst, IT Application Developer, System Administrator, and Change Control Coordinator. The Project Manager is also the gatekeeper for best practices and helps to get projects deployed by leading discovery sessions with process participants, and assisting with collaboration challenges across functional areas of the organization.
