Configuring AgileForms SharePoint Integration v2

  1. In SharePoint, open the AgilePoint Configuration List.
  2. Create a new list item with the following settings:
    • Application - AgilePointASPAssociation
    • AP Setting Key - AgileForms
    • AP Setting Value - http://[agileformsserver]:[port]/FormRender.aspx
