Process Builder screen

Lets you create or change a process.



How to Start

  1. Click Build Apps .
  2. Do one of these:

Fields

Field Name Definition

Save

Function:
Saves your process.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Save and Check In

Function:
Commits your changes to the AgilePoint system.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Undo Check Out

Function:
Deletes all changes made to the application configuration since the last check in.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Check Out

Function:
Locks the selected item so users cannot change it.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Save As Image

Function:
Saves your process as an image file.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Save As SVG

Function:
Saves your process as a Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Save As XPDL

Function:
Saves your process as an XML Process Definition Language (XPDL) file.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Save Process JSON

Function:
Saves your process as a JSON file.
To Open this Field:
Click Save .

Undo

Function:
Undo your last procedure.

Redo

Function:
Cancels your last undo.

Cut

Function:
Allows you to cut out a selection of text or other data from its original position.

Copy

Function:
Copies the content from its original place and create a duplicate copy of the content at the desired location without deleting the text from the original location.

Paste

Function:
Inserts the copied/cut data at the cursor's location.

Delete

Function:
Deletes the selected item.

Horizontal

Function:
Shows the process in a horizontal format.

Vertical

Function:
Shows the process in a vertical format.

Zoom In

Function:
Increases the size of a process for closer view.

Zoom Out

Function:
Decreases the size of your process.

Standard

Function:
Shows the process in normal view.

Model Size

Function:
Shows a close-up view of your process.

Validate

Function:
Makes sure a process operates correctly.

This feature can detect some common errors, such as incorrectly connected activities.
