How to Start

  1. Log in to AgilePoint NX.
  2. Click Build Apps .

Fields

New

Opens this Screen:

Rename

Function:
Changes the application name.

Edit

Function:
Changes the selected item.

Delete

Function:
Deletes the selected item.

Preview

Function:
Shows a preview of an eForm.

Version

Opens this Screen:
Version History screen
Function of this Screen:
Shows all the versions of the specified application.

Check Out

Function:
Locks the selected item so users cannot change it.

Check In

Function:
Unlocks the selected item so users can change it.

Revert

Function:
Deletes all changes made to the application configuration since the last check in.

Validate

Function:
Makes sure an application operates correctly.

Milestone

Opens this Screen:
MileStone screen
Function of this Screen:
Shows the history of a published application

Publish

Function:
Puts an item on the AgilePoint system.

Notify

Opens this Screen:
Notify User screen
Function of this Screen:
Specifies the content of a notification to send users, groups, or roles about the application.

Import

Function:
Puts a file from your file system into the AgilePoint system.

The file must be in valid AgilePoint XML format.

Export

Function:
Creates the item into an XML file that you can save to your local machine.

Clone App

Opens this Screen:
Clone Application Details screen
Function of this Screen:
Creates a new application clone

Permissions

Opens this Screen:
Permission Settings screen
Function of this Screen:
Configures the access rights for an application.

Copy Link

Function:
Gets the link for a widget form.

Home

Function:
Returns to the Application Explorer screen.

Pending Check In

Function:
Shows the list of processes that are not checked in.

Refresh

Function:
Updates the information on the screen.

Collapse All

Function:
Close all folders.

Show All Files

Function:
Shows all files for the Application Explorer.
