Add More Than One User to AgilePoint NX

To add more than one user to AgilePoint NX with AgilePoint IDs or from other sources such as Office 365, Google account, or Salesforce, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. Click Settings .
  2. Click Admin Settings .
  3. Click Bulk Upload tab.


  1. On the Admin Settings screen, in the Add Users - Bulk Upload field, select the authentication type for the new users to sign in.

  2. Click Download Template
  3. Save the Excel template file to your machine.
  4. Complete the user information in the template.

  5. On the Admin Settings screen, click Select Files.
  6. Select the completed Excel file.
  7. Click Open.
  8. Click Upload Files.

  9. Click Save Changes.

    By default, all registered users are added to the role Users in the system.

The AgilePoint NX system sends new users the AgilePoint NX New User Confirmation e-mail with a system-generated password to the e-mail addresses in their user profiles.
