Configuration for Retrieving ListItem Fields Window

Specifies the configuration for retrieving list item field values and where the values will be updated in a custom attribute, schema metadata, or SharePoint metadata.

After the Source Site is configured, the configuration window will look similar to below.

The MetaData Name column is used to specify a custom attribute, schema metadata, or SharePoint metadata where the value from the list field that is retrieved will be updated to.

Note: In order to update schema metadata with the retrieved field values, the AgilePoint Envision process template type must be either Microsoft InfoPath or Generic.

The MetaData Name can be configured as follows:

Use the Add button to select a SharePoint metadata item.
Input a custom attribute name (e.g. Company1).
Click the button at the right side of the field to select a schema metadata.

Field Definitions

Field Name	Definition
List URL	Specifies the URL for the associated SharePoint list. A valid list URL is required, if a library URL (such as document library URL or form library URL) instead of a list URL is used, an error will occur during execution. Below are examples of a valid list URL: http://Machine_Name:port/sites/SiteName/ListName ${DocUrl} After entering the list URL, click the Connect button. Now a Content Type can be selected.
ListItem Field Name	Specifies the name of the list item field to be affected (copied, moved, etc.).
ListItem Field Value	Specifies the value of the field to be affected (copied, moved, etc.). This can be used as a filtering mechanism where only fields with the specified value are affected. The following are sample values: $\{ListItemID\} or $\{SubListItemID\} list item ID

Specifies the value of the field to be affected (copied, moved, etc.). This can be used as a filtering mechanism where only fields with the specified value are affected. The following are sample values:
