Configuration for New List Window

This window enables you to configure a new SharePoint list using the Create List AgilePart.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Create List AgilePart, and drop it on the process template.
On the Configuration field, click the ElLipses button.

Field Name	Definition
Site URL	Specifies the URL for the SharePoint site. You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
List Name	The name of your SharePoint list. You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
List Type	The type list you want. Available types are: Announcements Contacts Custom List Custom List in Datasheet View DataSources Discussion Board Document Library Events Form Library Issues Links Picture Library Survey Tasks
Description	A free text description of your list.
Display Quick Launch	Specifies whether to include the list in the Quick Launch menu.
Column Name	The name of a custom SharePoint list column. This option is available only for Custom List types. You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
Column Type	The column type for a custom SharePoint list column. This option is available only for Custom List types. You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
Column Description	The free text description of a custom SharePoint list column. This option is available only for Custom List types. You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
Column Required	Specifies whether the custom SharePoint column is required. This option is available only for Custom List types.
