Portal Listing

This AgileShape is often used to add a link to a document that is created in a SharePoint document library by an AgilePoint process.

Properties for This AgilePart

Field Name	Definition
LinkURL	This property specifies the URL for the new portal link.
Notes	This property specifies the notes for the new portal link.
Overwrite	Default value: True This property specifies whether the AgileShape should replace the link (if any) with the same LinkURL rather than creating a new link. This property can be set to the following specific values: False - This value indicates that the AgileShape should simply create a new link. True - This value indicates that the AgileShape should replace an existing link that has the same LinkURL with the new link. When this value is specified and an existing link exists, this means that the AgileShape will essentially "update" the non-URL properties of the existing link.
SharePointPortalURL	Default value: $SPServer This property specifies the URL for the SharePoint Portal site. E.g. http://MachineName:Port
Title	This property specifies the title for the new portal link.
