Move Files

This AgileShape can be used to automatically move one file from one SharePoint library (or folder) to another SharePoint library (or folder).

Moving a file from one library to another and then back to its original location will work as long as the columns on both libraries are the same.

Properties for This AgilePart

Field Name	Definition
Document URL	The URL of the affected file (for example, the file you want to add, delete, check out, etc.). You can use Custom Attributes in this field.
OverWriteFile	Default value: False This property specifies whether the AgileShape should overwrite the existing file(s) if they already exist at the specified destination. This property can be set to the following specific values: False - This value indicates that the AgileShape will not overwrite any existing file(s). True - This value indicates that the AgileShape will overwrite any existing file(s).
TargetFolder	This property specifies the URL of the SharePoint document library (or subfolder) the file(s) should be copied to. E.g. http://MachineName:Port/sites/SiteName/DocumentLibraryName -or- http://MachineName:Port/sites/SiteName/DocumentLibraryName/FolderName

False - This value indicates that the AgileShape will not overwrite any existing file(s).
True - This value indicates that the AgileShape will overwrite any existing file(s).

TargetFolder

This property specifies the URL of the SharePoint document library (or subfolder) the file(s) should be copied to.

E.g. http://MachineName:Port/sites/SiteName/DocumentLibraryName
