You must install AgilePoint Integration for SharePoint using the SharePoint command line
tool, STSADM if you are installing on a SharePoint farm. You can also choose to install
SharePoint Integration manually in a single server environment.
The AgilePoint SharePoint Integration v2 consists of three features:
- AgilePoint Configuration List – Stores the AgilePoint
configuration data in a custom list.
- AgilePoint Process Launcher – Associates a SharePoint entity with
an AgilePoint process.
- AgilePoint Web Parts – Provides
the following specialized Web Parts:
- The AgilePoint Task List Web Part provides a Task List that displays
any workflow tasks that are currently assigned to the user viewing the
SharePoint site.
- The AgilePoint Process Instance List displays
all running process instances. Filtering, sorting, and grouping are
supported.
- The AgilePoint Process Template List displays
all process templates deployed on the AgilePoint Server.
- The AgilePoint ListForm Web Part allows you to use a SharePoint List as the form UI for manual tasks.
On SharePoint, the ListForm Web Part operates in the background, managing the display
settings (show/hide, enable/disable) for ListForms that are defined in an AgilePoint
process. The ListForm Web Part is not visible to the end user.
