How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Find Post Find Post icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Find Post Find Post icon

Procedure

  1. On the Find Post Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Post ID field, drag a variable that stores the post ID.
  3. (Optional) To store the subject of the post as a process data variable, add the variable from the Process Variables screen to the field Post Subject.

    Specifies the process data variable that stores the subject of the post.
    Accepted Values:
    A process data variable.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
  4. (Optional) To store the body of the post as a process data variable, add the variable from the Process Variables screen to the field Post Body.
