How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Find Message By Subject Find Message By Subject icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Find Message By Subject Find Message By Subject icon

Procedure

  1. On the Find Message By Subject Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Message Subject field, enter a variable that stores the message ID.
  3. (Optional) Complete these fields as necessary.
