How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Digital Signature Digital Signature icon tab.
      2. On the Digital Signature Digital Signature icon tab, drag the DocuSign eSign Status Check DocuSign eSign Status Check icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Sign Status Check Sign Status Check icon

Procedure

  1. On the DocuSign eSign Status Check Configuration screen, in the Digital Signature field, select your DocSign access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for DocuSign.

    When you select DocSign access token, the Authentication URL field is complete.

  2. In the Document ID field, enter the assigned document ID for the requested document.
  3. In the Sign Status field, enter the process data variable to store the status of the digital signature request.
