How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM icon tab.
      2. On the Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM icon tab, drag the Delete Entity Delete Entity icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. On the Delete Attachment Configuration screen, click Delete Entity Delete Entity icon.


  1. On the Delete Entity Configuration screen, in the Dynamics CRM field, select your Dynamics CRM access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  2. In the Entity Name list, select your entity.
  3. In the Entity ID field, enter the ID for the entity to delete.
