How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM icon tab.
      2. On the Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM icon tab, drag the Delete Attachment Delete Attachment icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. On the Delete Attachment Configuration screen, click Delete Attachment Delete Attachment icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Delete Attachment Configuration screen, in the Dynamics CRM field, select your Dynamics CRM access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  2. In the Entity Name list, select your entity.
  3. Complete this field as necessary

    Entity ID

    Specifies the Dynamics CRM entity ID.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid Dynamics CRM entity ID.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes

  4. (Optional) To remove the notes about the attachment from the entity, in the Remove Notes list, select True.
