How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Create Distribution List Create Distribution List icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Create Distribution List Create Distribution List icon

Procedure

  1. On the Create Distribution List Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. Complete these fields as necessary.
    Field Name Definition

    Distribution List Name

    Function:
    Specifies the name of the distribution list.

    You can use this name to send an e-mail to the members of this list.

    Accepted Values:

    Add Distribution List Members

    Function:
    Specifies the e-mail address of the people you want to become distribution list members.
    Accepted Values:

    Store Distribution List ID in this Variable

    Function:
    Specifies a process data variable that stores the distribution list ID from Exchange Server.
    Accepted Values:
    A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string with no spaces.
