How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Create Contact Create Contact icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Create Contact Create Contact icon

Procedure

  1. On the Create Contact Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Contact Information tab, enter the person's information.

    First Name

    Specifies the first name of the user.

  3. (Optional) To store the contact ID as a process data variable, add the variable from the Process Variables screen to the field Store Contact ID in Process Attribute.
