How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Add Attendee Add Attendee icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Add Attendee Add Attendee icon

Procedure

  1. On the Add Attendee Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Appointment Subject field, enter the details about the meeting.
  3. Do one of these:
    • In Required Attendees field, specify the e-mail address of the people who must attend the meeting.
    • In Optional Attendees field, specify the e-mail address of the people who can attend the meeting optionally.
  4. (Optional) Complete these fields as necessary.
